For over 40 years we have been manufacturing grilles and our experience helps us ensure that an exceptional product is engineered to perfection. We pay special attention to every detail of the grilles we manufacture, making sure you get a quality and lasting product. Our extensive offering of aluminum profiles will be able to meet your needs for your pattern or design. In need of a precise match to an existing profile? We can have dies created and extruded to that specification. Our standard dies are engineered for structural durability without causing excessive weight. We can also work with your material, saving you additional costs.

We use 3M™ VHB tape as standard offering on our Simulated Divided Lite (SDL) grilles. Other fastening options can be used, let us review your project to see how we can help and what we recommend.

We offer a multitude of colors in finishes that meet AAMA standards in 2603, 2604, 2605 and are available in wet or powder application. Looking for a custom color match? We can have any color matched to your specification. We also provide anodized finishes for a long-lasting beauty.

We can produce grille patterns that others cannot. Whether you need a diamond, radius, or even a simulated vent pattern, you can count on us to achieve the look you need. Here at FrontLine, custom is customary.

We use a closed halving joint (“dado”) to provide that beautiful and finished look. If we are unable to dado a particular profile, we will cope the ends to perfectly match the adjoining bar or window bead.

Grilles can be shipped assembled or unassembled, this decision can be made based on your budget. Choosing to have your grilles shipped assembled, they will arrive as “ready to apply”. If you choose to have them shipped unassembled to help save on shipping costs. Whichever way you decide, your grilles will arrive completely wrapped, packaged and labeled per your order instructions.

We can ship your grilles either to your shop or directly to the jobsite.
