FrontLine Breaks Ground on Medford Plant 2 Expansion
FrontLine® Bldg. Products Inc. celebrated an important milestone this month with the groundbreaking of the Plant 2 expansion in Medford, WI. Team members, local partners, and Bayland Buildings Inc. representatives gathered on-site to launch a project that will support long-term growth and increased production.
The new 45,000 square foot addition will strengthen manufacturing capabilities and improve overall efficiency. Key upgrades include an ESFR sprinkler system throughout both the new and existing facility, a new 3-phase 480v electrical service, and an improved dust collection system. These enhancements will help meet rising demand and create a safer, more effective work environment.
Several divisions within The Bay Family of Companies also contributed to the project. Bay Insulation Systems supplied the roof and wall insulation. EXPI-DOOR Systems Inc. provided exterior and interior doors. FrontLine incorporated its own entry doors and selected window products into the project, highlighting the quality of its manufacturing.
Construction is led by Bayland Buildings Inc., who joined the FrontLine team for the groundbreaking event and continue to support the project with their expertise.
The expansion is expected to be completed in Summer 2026. Progress updates will be shared in future issues of FrontLine Focus. Thank you to everyone involved for helping move this important project forward.
