At our Medford location we have been manufacturing SDL bars and other grilles for over 40 years. We are excited to introduce another great new product offering to our SDL line-up: Textures Stainable Aluminum SDL Bars!

The woodgrain texture is a non-descript texture that allows for integration of multiple species; Fir, Oak, Mahogany, Walnut and others. This innovative product can be either stained or painted

Textured Aluminum (Wood grained) SDL Bars are:

• Durable
• Temperature resistant with minimal expansion and contraction providing better adhesion
• 3M® VHB tape
• Will not chip or crack
• Cut, notched and end detailed for a quality fit and finish
• Easier to assemble and install than many of the SDL bars in market today
• Cost effective from both the material and labor side of the business
• Available in manufactured kits in various patterns, Lineal, 4 lite, 6 lite, 9 lite, 12, lite, 15 lite and custom
• Profiles
  • Profile 402 is an 1-1/8” Ogee
  • Profile 403 is an 1-1/8” Flat (putty)
  • Profile 810 is a 3-1/2” Flat (putty)
